Forced marriage in our society anymore

Forced marriage is to marry someone against their will. It is organized by families. These do not meet the consent of their child. Most often children do not want to marry the person their parents chose, which has the effect of family breakdown. These marriages are mostly intended for some adolescent girls around the world but most especially in Africa and Asia because of the traditions and economic interests.Then in the African Charter all activities conserne children there are right "to express their thinking, just their opinion.HistoryThe practice of forced marriage was very common in affluent Europe until the late nineteenth century. But Western culture and organization of the UN are now forced marriage as a violation of human rights, they violate the principle of freedom and autonomy of individuals. Women are the most common victims but men are also forced to marry in the name of family pride, the desire of parents or social obligation.Islam recalls that one can compel two people to live together because it was so decided by the parents following an arrangement between two familiesConsequencesThese young girls are forced into sex and unwanted pregnancies, domestic violence, loss of autonomy and freedom. All these disadvantages and lead to nervous breakdowns. These attacks on the integrity and freedom also generate emotional blackmail, and kidnapping of schooling. In addition, women who express their disagreement are being confiscated their identity papers with their family or spouse. Therefore, they are illegal. They may also have physical difficulties such as housing problems, job losses and stopping their studies.
