DISABLED CHILDRENSome are well treated in their families and the other suffers the opposite.Every child has the right to survival, health, well simply be that when we see these children who are victims of a disease that nobody can change what will be, we can do some things with little affection for these kids instead of taking them away.These disabilities it is physical or moral we should not have abandoned as garbage. We note that in many families children are taken out of human affection, so can we say that we respect their rights. And these teens depend on us morally and physically.While the Charter reminds us that every child who is mentally or physically disabled are entitled to special protection measures commensurate with his physical and moral needs and under conditions which ensure dignity, promote his self and his active participation in life Community. States parties should commit themselves to take action, resources available, to provide the disabled child and those responsible for its maintenance assistance which has been requested and is appropriate given the condition of child and will, inter alia, that the disabled child has effective access to training, preparation for professional life and recreational activities in a manner to ensure the fullest possible social integration, individual development and its cultural and moral development. The States Parties to the present Charter shall use their available resources to implement progressively the full convenience of movement for the mentally or physically handicapped and allow them access to public buildings constructed in elevation and other places to which the disabled can legitimately wish to access. And parents also have to deal regularly with our brothers and sisters disability as saying said to be loved by his family to allow another person to love you more. Trying to talk, have fun with them finally shows them we love them and be a disabled person does not desire any to me.
