The childrens

States Parties to this Charter states that have accepted to sign a pledge to protect children against all forms of exploitation or sexual abuse
and shall in particular take measures to mpêcher
a) the inducement, coercion or encouragement of a child to engage in any sexual activity;
b) the use of children for prostitution or other sexual practices;
c) the use of children in activities, performances and pornographic publications.
Often we wonder if these statements have not failed their duty of responsibility, to protect the children in question therefore on TV or radio is they do not tell these children are future leaders to the country.
  We want children who are unaware of their rights to be informed and know what are respected so that they too could follow that of their children.
Some African countries point to grant importance to women, they are regarded as working machine having children. It is time that they will change their behavior, to respect and apply as the charter says.
